Why book direct with RAbnb
RAbnb is the local booking site for vacation rentals in Todos Santos, Pescadero, and Cerritos. It is operated with Ricardo Amigo Real Estate. Book on rabnb.com to see live availability and to avoid a platform service fee. The portfolio includes homes that are not listed on large platforms, and homes whose owners also list elsewhere. Either way, a request on rabnb.com goes to the local team, and the reservation is confirmed when that team confirms it.
No platform service fee
Booking on rabnb.com does not add a platform service fee. The rate on the listing is the rate you request. Any charge that belongs to a specific home is shown on that listing before you send a request.
Live availability, confirmed by the local team
Each listing shows the dates that are still open. Sending a request does not confirm the stay. A reservation is confirmed only after you hear back from the RAbnb team.
Some homes are only here. Some are also listed elsewhere.
Some homes in the portfolio are not listed on Airbnb or Vrbo. Some owners list the same home on a large platform as well. Booking on rabnb.com still means no platform service fee and a direct conversation with the local team.
Who runs RAbnb
