Relax in peace with the whole family at this private, upscale modern home. The tap water is safe to use, as a water purification system for the entire house was recently installed, and bottled water is also provided. The property is fully enclosed with a wall and fencing with an automatic electric gate.

The pool is private, heated, and chlorine-free. Enjoy beautiful ocean and mountain views; the Pacific Ocean is just a short drive away. The property is also walkable to several Las Tunas restaurants.

The space
The first level is very open with a den, a dining table that seats 8, a kitchen, a half bath, and a laundry room. Enjoy the Pacific breeze when the sliding doors are open, as there are screens on all windows.

All bedrooms are upstairs, besides an additional one by the pool.

The primary bedroom has a fully adjustable split king memory foam bed, a large closet, and a private bath with an oversized tub.

The two guestrooms each have double beds, one of the room hold bunk beds accommodating four guests per room.

The first guestroom has a private bath, and the second guestroom has a hall bath.
The roof is on the third level, offering an amazing view. Bring your binoculars to watch the whales. This is the best place to enjoy the Pacific's glorious sunsets, and later in the evening, you will see more stars than you thought possible.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the private, heated, chlorine-free pool.

Other things to note
With a quick 5-minute drive, you will find a small grocery store and a great little spot for breakfast or lunch (La Esquina).
Be sure to allow enough time to spend in Todos Santos, which is renown for its local art, great restaurants, and friendly people.
As common in Mexico, there are domesticated dogs in the neighborhoods.
There are no leash laws, and the dogs are the pets of residents and neighbors.
Most of them stay on their own property but have been known to wander the neighborhoods and local establishments.
