Hacienda Los Olivos

Tucked into the lush palm oasis of Todos Santos, Hacienda Los Olivos is a serene private estate designed for guests seeking beauty, calm, and a true sense of place. The property includes three distinctive brick casitas with curated interiors, air conditioning, and timeless Baja character, along with a striking communal palapa that invites long meals, slow mornings, and relaxed evenings by the pool. This property is fully fenced and gated for added privacy and security.

Surrounded by gardens, mature palms, and open skies, the estate feels secluded and peaceful, yet remains just minutes from downtown Todos Santos. Guests can enjoy the pool, indoor-outdoor living, and the privacy of a one-of-a-kind retreat designed for rest and connection.

A special part of the experience is the estate’s small organic farm, cared for by the property’s caretaker. Guests are welcome to explore the farm, enjoy seasonal produce, and, with advance arrangement, experience farm-based classes or activities during their stay.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1 – Primary Casita
A private casita with a king bed, A/C, and an en suite bath. Warm brick architecture, curated interiors, and a serene setting create a restful retreat.

Bedroom 2 – Guest Room One
Located within the second casita building, this room features two beds, A/C, and access to the shared bath arrangement within the casita. Ideal for children, friends, or additional guests.

Bedroom 3 – Guest Room Two
Also located within the second casita building, this room includes a queen bed, A/C, and access to the shared bath arrangement within the casita. Comfortable, quiet, and full of Baja character.

Pool Cabana:
The poolside cabana is not a formal bedroom, but a shaded lounge space designed for relaxing afternoons, reading, or taking a nap by the pool.

Access:
Guest will have exclusive access to the property including the pool and the grounds.

There is a working farm on the property that is managed by our caretaker, Nikoll, who lives in a small casita on the property. Please feel free to explore the farm and let Nikoll know if you would like a tour or to enjoy any of the produce!

Onsite Caretaker:
The onsite caretaker lives on the property in a separate building and will be there to help throughout your stay, providing you both support and privacy whenever you need it. She has two very friendly dogs that live on site so you may see them wandering around. If you prefer they be kept away, just let us know.

Location:
We are located off a dirt road just outside of downtown Todos Santos. You will receive clear directions to access the property.

Oasis wildlife & pests:
The home is located within the oasis and surround by beautiful palm and mango trees. We do treat our property regular for bugs and other pests but you may experience bugs or animals during your stay. If you do, just let us know and we will respond promptly.
